NeoBase
NeoBase is a series of linked databases for NICU record keeping. Track all aspects of care for an admission from admission to discharge. Databases can be modified for local needs and can also be linked to Microsoft Access on yur desktop PC to generate comprehensive NICU database. Discharge summaries can be generated from Access or directly from your PDA using PocketReport.

To use:
Unzip files on your desktop and install to your PDA using Palm Desktop.
Run program by opening the file NeoBase in HanDBase. Enter data and follow links from this page for all data entry and editing.

This program is free but is not supported. Feel free to modify databases for your own needs (familiarity with HanDBase necessary).  HanDBase must be installed to run NeoBase.
