ICD-9
The entire ICD-9 database!!!!

ICD-9 is available in two formats:

1) HanDBase file format: This file format is very helpful if you wish to create linked databases that access ICD-9 diagnoses and codes. HanDBase required.

2) Document format: Useful if you only want to search and edit file as a document. Can be viewed with iSilo free and other PalmOS word processors.

DSM-IV
Complete list of DSM-IV diagnoses and codes. Must have HanDBase installed to read.

List of GAF scores and associated level of functioning for DSM-IV. Must have HanDBase installed.

GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale - Paediatric)

Glascow Coma Scale (Paediatric) calculation made easy. Store patient data over time - data can be exported (via desktop) to other formats for further analysis. All data must be entered through the Main database - 'GCS (Paediatric)'.

Note: File format is HanDBase v3.0 - will not function with earlier versions. Upgrade your version if necessary (free) at www.ddhsoftware.com

EDD (Estimated Date of Delivery)

This simple program determines the estimated date of delivery based on a 280 day gestation from the first day of the LMP. The gestational age of the fetus is also calculated.

NeoBase

Neonatal ICU patient databases incorporating all aspects of care. Fully modifiable to accomodate individual needs. This is a work in progress and any suggestions/contributions are gratefully accepted - I will not be releasing a commercial version of NeoBase. Feel free to modify this program according to your needs but do this at your own risk!
